Cllr. Ron Walker - Chairman

Scotton Parish Council

All Parish and Town Councils throughout England are required by law to hold an Annual Parish Meeting, which must take place between 1st March and the 1st of June.

The purpose of the meeting is for residents of the parish to meet and raise any issues arising within the parish.  The Parish Council gives a report of the past year during the meeting and as it is a more informal meeting, everyone attending is encouraged to participate, as it is not a Council meeting.

Who can attend the meeting? YOU! All residents of the parish, the public and press may attend but only registered electors of the parish are entitled to vote on a motion.
