1. Chairman’s opening remarks and start of public session. (15 minutes)
Questions about or representations for co-option may be heard during the public session. Any reports from Councillors or the Police will also be heard.

2. Apologies for absence and acceptance of any reasons given

3.  To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensation

5.  Finance
a. To note payments and approve expenditure for March 2023

6.To hear any updates about amendments to the Banking mandate (Cllr. Dr. Johnson)

7. Grass cutting review
a. To discuss the addition to the work schedule and approve any actions
b. To review budget for the work schedule and approve any actions

8. To appoint Mrs C. Sylvester as internal auditor for the current year

9. Village Amenities
a. To hear any updates about the Community Orchard
i.  Planting of replacement apple trees
ii. Update of the purchase of fabric weed suppressant
b. Any further allotment matters

10. To start planning for the the Annual Parish Meeting or ‘Assembly’

11. To discuss ideas to mark the Coronation of HRH King Charles II and consider any actions

12.  To hear any reports from the Village Hall Management Committee (Cllr. S. Walker)
