Members of the public are invited to speak during public question time. The Council is not required to give an immediate answer to a question or debate it at the meeting. Once the Council has begun the meeting, members of the public are welcome to remain but may not participate further. There are occasions when the public and press may be excluded from a meeting due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.Reports from County and District Councillors, or representatives from outside bodies and the Police may be given during this time.

2. To receive apologies and ratify reasons for absence
- To accept reasons for absence from Cllrs J & A Robinson at the meeting in January (received in good time)
3. Disclosure of interests in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensation.
Disclosures may be made at any point in the meeting and a Councillor may leave the meeting or be asked to leave if dispensation has not been granted or if would be deemed prejudicial to proceedings.

7. Allotment update
a) Update on any planting at Scotton Orchard and to hear of any funds received for purchase of trees.
i) To ratify reimbursement to Cllr. R. Walker for purchase of a tree and plaque on receipt of invoice.
b) To discuss provision of plaques regarding design, inscription, and any basic rules to allow for easy maintenance and access as the Orchard develops.
c) To nominate a lead councillor responsible for monitoring Scotton Orchard reporting back to the Council with updates on growth of trees, any maintenance issues, problems, or suggestions received from residents for further development etc.
d) Any other allotment matters
8. To hear an update on SID sign and consider any actions
9. To hear any updates about the purchase of a bench for the Recreation Ground to commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and consider any actions
10. Updating of Village Name signs
