Public Questions Time - Members of the public are permitted to speak and ask questions during public question time. There is a limit of three minutes speaking time per person. Council is not required to give an immediate answer to a question or debate it at the meeting. Once Public Question Time is over and the Council has started the main meeting members of the public are welcome to remain for the duration of the meeting but may not participate further. There are occasions however when the public and press maybe excluded from a meeting due to the nature of the business to be discussed.

The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.  Reports from County and District Councillors, representatives of outside bodies and the Police will be given during this time, should there be any.

a) To note General Finance report for February 2021
b) To receive and approve expenditure for February 2021
c) To resolve to approve virement of Emergency funds from the current account to ear-marked reserves in the savings account
d) To appoint Christine Sylvester for the Annual Internal Audit 2020-21  

8. Allotment matters
a) To hear any update on the response to advertisement of the vacant allotment plot
b) To consider actions should plot remain vacant
c) To consider what work may be needed to make it fit for purpose
d) To consider re-election of allotment wardens for 2021-22 at the Annual Meeting of the Council in May 2021

9. Environmental matters
a) To hear any update on work to the Jubilee tree and choose oak replacement
b) To hear any update on contact with Cllr. P. Woods from Scotter Parish Council
c) Update on Speed Indicator Device grant application
d) To hear any updates from WLDC regarding dog fouling in the Village
e) Internet Connectivity in the village
f)) Location of grit bins

10. Highways matters - Footpaths and walkways
a) To hear any update on the reported degeneration of the footpath from the Three Horseshoes towards Westgate
b) To discuss the unadopted path from Scotton to Northorpe
c) Any other footpaths and walkway matters

11. Annual Parish Meeting
a) To discuss any updates or raise any relevant matters

12. Councillors’ Reports
Councillors’ reports and items for inclusion on the agenda.  Councillors may use this opportunity to report minor matters of information not included elsewhere on the agenda and to raise items for future agendas.
