Public Questions Time - Members of the public are permitted to speak and ask questions during public question time. There is a limit of three minutes speaking time per person. Council is not required to give an immediate answer to a question or debate it at the meeting. Once Public Question Time is over and the Council has started the main meeting members of the public are welcome to remain for the duration of the meeting but may not participate further. There are occasions however when the public and press maybe excluded from a meeting due to the nature of the business to be discussed.
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda. Reports from County and District Councillors, representatives of outside bodies and the Police will be given during this time, should there be any.

6. Budget and Precept 2021
a) To discuss and approve the amended final budget
b) To discuss and approve the final precept demand for 2021-22
7. Grant Matters
a) Update on awarded grants - Clerk
b) To consider grant request from the Citizen’s Advice Bureau
8. Finance matters
a) To receive and approve income and expenditure for December 2020 and January 2021
b) To consider Village Maintenance budget and agree any action until year end. Report circulated prior to meeting.

a) To note all decisions made by WLDC since the previous meeting

a) To consider the quotes received for emergency work on Jubilee tree and approve a quote
b) To resolve to move funds from reserves to pay for work on the Jubilee tree

12) Annual Parish Meeting
a) To discuss preparations for the meeting
i) Preparation of Chairman’s report and any other presentations by Councillors wishing to discuss work done by the Council i.e. SID signs, work of Scotton Volunteer Group
ii) To consider inviting guest speakers and/or any other village groups to speak at the meeting about their year
iii) To discuss any future projects
iv) To hear presentation from the Luddington Trust and witness any re-election.
