4.Matters For Discussion.
4.1 Defibrillator Pad ReplacemenT. The Defibrillator pads are out of date and EMAS informed that defibrillator out of service. Cheque for £53 signed
Update. Defibrillator pads replaced and EMAS informed. Back in service
4.2.Replacement Jubilee Tree. Councillor Robert Ramsay to look into a suitable replacement and identify suitable location on green due to previous tree having a disease.
4.3.NDP .Awaiting revision of all comments. NDP committee to be contacted to give update for next meeting.
4.4 Planning Application
139520 Eastgate outline planning for 9 dwellings
Recommendations against this application see appendix 1
Councillor Robert Littlewood not allowed to vote due to having involvement with application.

4.5 Traffic Concerns Within The Village. Councillors to look into involving Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership providing signs etc for the village. To be agreed at next meeting. This will involve a cost of £40 if agreed

Councillor Ron Walker elected to attend Village Hall Committee
7.0 Any Other Business
WLDC to be requested to site Dog Waste Bin on Gainsborough Road on entrance to track leading to Beck Lane.
It was also remarked that Dog Fouling in this area and around the village is still prevalent. The Council decided to look into what actions could be taken to decrease the dog fouling within Scotton Parish.
Parish Allotments Councillor Andrew Ramsay elected as warden. Councillor Robert Ramsay and John Laugthton make up the three wardens
The Parish Council where made aware of several infringements being made by Allotment Tenants.
Tenant Mr Marris to be sent letter to remove part of tree blocking access to Cockthorn Allotments.
Wardens to inform other tenants about infringements of rules.
8.0 Date Of Next Meeting. It was agreed that the meetings would be held on the 1st Thursday of the month.
Next meeting 5th September at 6pm
9.0 Closed Session. New Parish Clerk employment agreed.L.Hamilton to start 1st September. IT equipment to be priced by Councillor Ron. Walker.
Letter of appointment ,Contract of Employment and Job Description to be forwarded to L.Hamilton.
L.Hamilton to look into setting up Facebook site and new e mail site for Parish Council
