MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SCOTTON PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON THURSDAY 7TH MAY 2026 IN SCOTTON VILLAGE HALL AT 6PM
PRESENT – Cllr S Walker (Clerk and RFO), Cllr R Walker (Chair), Cllr H Alexander, Cllr K Ibbeson, Cllr Y Huddleston
ALSO PRESENT – District Cllr K Carless & Mr J Deville
APOLOGIES - County Cllr C Reeve
CHAIRMANS WELCOME - Cllr R Walker opened the meeting at 6pm and made the following statement.
Good evening and welcome to the Annual meeting for Scotton Parish Council.
I would like to thank all the councillors, past and present, for taking part in the running of Scotton Parish Council. Thanks are also extended to the parishioners who help in making this village a pleasant place to live.
My thanks also to both the County and District Councillors who attend our meeting whenever possible and who are always ready to assist the council if the need arises
